Every 2 years, the General Assembly of the Crohn Club is held, at which a report on the club's activities for the last 2 years is presented, the club's board members are elected, the club's statutes are amended and the future direction of the club is determined.

Bc. Veronika Ivančíková

She works as an English language teacher in Bratislava and is also involved in marketing activities. She was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when she was 23 years old. Only when she attended the meeting of SCC members at Štrbské pleso for the first time she understood that life with IBD can be full-fledged if you have available sources of information and support from the environment. And this is exactly what she found at SCC, where she is currently involved in managing the organization and finding new knowledge and opportunities for cooperation that can help patients in education and improve their quality of life. The council also draws inspiration on how to help abroad, which is why, in addition to the position of Chairwoman, the SCC also holds the position of EFCCA Delegate for Foreign Affairs.

Mgr. Natália Mandáková

She works as a psychologist at the Assiduo Gastroenterology Center. Crohn's disease was diagnosed when she was 17 years old. Together with colleague Mgr. Malík leads group sessions for patients with IBD in Assiduo and tries to help in the form of videos as well - she has her own channel, Denník Crohna, on youtube. Within the SCC, she is a delegate of the EFCCA (European Federation of Crohn's & Ulcerative Colitis Associations) for young people and is also one of the 7 members of the EFFCA Youth.

Renáta Kováčová

She works at NsP Brezno in the gynecology and obstetrics department as a midwife. She is married and has two daughters. She’s got the Crohn's disease for 28 years. She feels fantastic thanks to proper treatment, adherence to dietary restrictions and yoga exercises. She has been with the Crohn Club almost since its inception, and as she says, she has made many friends thanks to it, and has learned a lot of useful information that she is trying to pass forward. She helps the club to organize a children's camp.

RNDr. Mgr. Viliam Štovčík, PhD.

He works and lives near Bratislava. He was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis at the age of 24, during the final year of his studies at the university after long-term problems. The IBD and NF diseases subsequently changed his life by 180 ° and the "overall view of the world". After successfully setting up the treatment, he began to enjoy every new day. He devotes himself to a healthy lifestyle and traditional Chinese medicine, the inner style of wu-shu, QiGong meditations, sports, and thanks to that, although sometimes with problems, he lives mostly full-time. In addition, he explores the world, accompanies people through the mountains and devotes himself to top-quality teas.

He prepares a bulletin for the club and supports the activities of the club as much as possible.

Nikola Benedikovičová

She works as an assistant director in Senica. In addition to her work, she volunteers in shelters for abandoned animals, travels and hikes. She was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when she was 23 years old and had to have acute surgery. She is currently undergoing biological treatment, thanks to which he has been in remission for 4 years. She found answers to questions about the disease and many friends at the club. She helps the club as a database administrator.
